Course fees must be paid in advance and are non-transferable. All prices are indicated in Canadian dollars (CAD). Payment must be completed before the course begins. We accept various payment methods as indicated during registration.
Regular participation and active engagement are essential for successful professional development. Students are required to attend all scheduled sessions and provide necessary documentation. Missed sessions may affect your learning experience and progress.
We understand that professional situations can be unpredictable. Full refunds are available if cancellation is made at least 7 days before the course start date. Partial refunds may be considered for cancellations 3-6 days before the course start, less administrative fees. No refunds are available after the course begins, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
Our professional development services are educational and supportive. We do not provide legal, medical, or therapeutic services. Students with complex professional issues should seek appropriate professional assistance. Our services complement but do not replace professional legal or medical treatment.
